When it stops being a website.
Take the order, open an account, plug into the thing you already run. Scoped and quoted in writing before anybody starts building. From five thousand dollars.
Fixed quote before we start · delivered in stages · you own all of it
Three things people ask us for, and what each one changes.
Custom is not a bigger version of a brochure site. It is the point where the site starts doing work instead of describing it.
Finish the sale where the customer already is
A cart, a menu, a checkout, a confirmation. The order arrives while they are still interested, at eleven at night, instead of becoming a voicemail you return on Tuesday.
Give people a door of their own
Accounts and logins, so a client can see their proofs, invoices, history and files. You are replacing the email thread all of that lives in.
Make it talk to what you already run
Your booking system, your point of sale, your CRM, moving data between them so nobody retypes the same numbers every Friday.
One real platform, and a storefront you can put things in.
SellTheDips is a live client: accounts, paid subscriptions, SMS alerts, a member area, live market data. Cascabel is a sample build with a working cart you can take to checkout from here.
No job is too big, and none is too small.
Selling
- Online ordering, carts and checkout
- Subscriptions and recurring billing
- Payment handled by Stripe, so card details never touch us
Accounts
- Customer logins and password recovery
- Client portals: proofs, invoices, files, history
- Staff-side screens for the people running it
Connecting
- Integrations with your POS, booking or CRM
- Scheduled pipelines that move data without a human
- Email and SMS that fire on real events, not a mailing list
Or something smaller
- One awkward feature bolted onto a site you already have
- A fix to something a previous developer left behind
- An hour of somebody who knows what they are looking at
From $5,000 is the floor for a build of this shape. Smaller pieces of work are quoted on their own and often cost far less.
Nobody starts building until the price is in writing.
A conversation about the job
Not a sales call. What the thing has to do, who touches it, and what it currently costs you to do by hand.
A written scope
What is being built, what is explicitly not, and what we need from you. You read it before any money moves.
A fixed quote
One number against that scope, with a schedule. It changes only if you change the scope, and then you see the new number first.
Built in stages
Working software at each stage, not a status update. Anything wrong is cheaper to find in week two than week eight.
Handed over
Live, documented, and yours: the code, the accounts, the data. No lock-in, and no reason to keep paying us if you would rather not.
A trading education community rebuilt from an invisible client-side app into a fast, crawlable platform that kept every feature: accounts, subscriptions, live alerts, and community.
Might this just be a website?
Quite often it is, and we will tell you so rather than scoping something bigger than the problem. Here is what the plain versions cost. Every plan is on one page.
Fair questions.
How do you land on a price?
From the written scope, not a rate card. One fixed number against a specific list. If the list changes, the number changes, and you approve it first.
Can you work on the site we already have?
Usually. We will look at it and tell you whether adding to it or replacing it is cheaper over two years, even when the cheaper answer earns us less.
Who owns the code?
You do, on handover: the repository, the cloud accounts, the data. Custom work is where lock-in usually hides in the contract. Ours has none.
We only need one small thing. Is that too small?
No. A lot of this work is one awkward feature, or untangling what somebody else left. Those are quoted on their own, usually well under $5,000.

Tell us what it has to do.
Describe the job in your own words, however messy. You get a written scope and a fixed number back before anybody asks you for money.
Before you decide.
Two real builds you can open, the whole process written down, and every plan on one page.
