Website Terms of Use
The terms for using alamo-digital.com itself: the pages, the demos, the blog, the quote form. Separate from the agreement that governs a project.
Effective
1. Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of alamo-digital.com and of our own subdomains: our dashboards and the pages we publish about this business. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern a client's website. A client site hosted by us, whether on its own domain or on a temporary address under ours while it is being built, belongs to that client: they decide what is on it, and nothing here claims any right in it. Ownership of a client site is dealt with in the Client Terms.
If you become a client, your project is governed by our Client Terms of Service, which take precedence over these where they overlap.
2. Using the site
You may read, browse, and share our pages freely. You may not:
- Copy, republish, or resell our page content, designs, or code as your own.
- Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for anybody else.
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to reach.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Use the site or its forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Our content
The design, text, images, code, and layout of this marketing site belong to Alamo Digital Solutions LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. This says nothing about a client's own site, which is theirs.
Our name, logo, and wordmark are our trademarks. Client names, logos, and marks shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and are used with their permission.
You are welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. You are not licensed to reproduce a page or a design wholesale.
4. Sample builds and demonstrations
Some pages on this site show demonstration websites for businesses that do not exist. They are our own work, built to show what a finished site looks like, and the businesses, addresses, prices, and reviews in them are fictional.
Case studies describing real client work are labelled as such and are published with the client's permission.
5. Pricing and information on this site
Prices published here are starting prices for the plans described, current at the time of publication. They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer, and a quote for your project is what actually binds us.
We work to keep the site accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free.
Articles on our blog are general information about websites and small business, not professional advice. Do not treat them as legal, financial, or tax advice for your situation.
6. What you send us
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. What you send is handled under our Privacy Policy.
If you send us an unsolicited idea or suggestion about our business, we may use it without obligation or payment. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential through a public form.
7. Links out
We link to other websites, including live sites we built. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers and liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties relating to it, including that it will be available without interruption or free of error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability under the Client Terms of Service for work we actually do for you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
