Can I cancel?
Any time. The site is yours, it stays online, hosting is still free. You lose the updates, not the website.
What if I want to make my own changes?
Then make them. Every client gets the dashboard, Care or not. Care is for when you’d rather not, or for what the editor can’t reach.
How fast do you actually reply?
A person replies within 24 hours, faster when something’s broken. We’re small, which is why you get a person instead of a queue position.
